Roberts and Associates Welcomes Marc McMillian to the Firm

Roberts and Associates is pleased to announce Marc McMillian as the newest addition to the firm. Marc joins the firm following his graduation from The University of Mississippi School of Law earlier this year.

While in law school, McMillian served as Associate Articles Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal, a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and a student ambassador on the Dean’s Leadership Council.

Prior to law school, McMillian enjoyed a successful baseball career at Delta State University where he was a member of conference and regional championship teams and was inducted into the Athletic Director’s Hall of Fame for his academic and athletic achievements.

In his down time, McMillian enjoys travelling with his wife, Maggie, volunteering in local youth sports programs and taking advantage of all hunting seasons.

A native of Magee, Mississippi, McMillian is excited to serve Hattiesburg and its surrounding communities in the areas of employment law, personal injury, commercial litigation and criminal defense.

“Hattiesburg is somewhat of a homecoming for me. Growing up, I spent a lot of time in Hattiesburg, and I’m thrilled that my career has brought me back to this area and that I am able to become a part of and serve this community,” McMillian says.

McMillian has been sworn in to practice law in all Mississippi state and federal courts as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
